PanelCare Vortex Coolers provide reliable enclosure cooling using only compressed air. With no electricity, refrigerants or moving parts, they are ideal for cooling electrical panels and spot-cooling industrial applications in harsh environments.
PanelCare vortex coolers use compressed air to generate cold air streams for cooling sealed electrical panels or localized industrial hot spots. The system contains no moving parts and operates without electricity or refrigerants.
Inside the vortex tube, high-pressure air spins rapidly creating two streams — a hot exhaust air stream and a cold airflow stream. The cold air enters the electrical enclosure while the hot air is expelled outside.
PanelCare vortex coolers operate using the Ranque–Hilsch vortex tube effect. Compressed air entering the tube spins at extremely high speed, creating a temperature separation.
No motors, compressors or moving parts.
No refrigerants or CFC gases required.
Installs in minutes with simple air connection.
Up to 78% quieter than standard vortex coolers.
